All of these criteria are important details for localizing the right product solution. heba has conventional cold-chamber die casting machines ranging from 160-400 t of clamping force, fully automatic with extraction units, spraying and feeding equipment and die tempering. Other SC die casting machines from 250-800 t of clamping force, robots and built-in deburring presses enable us to produce cast parts with an individual weight ranging from two grams to 10 kilograms. Our process engineering technology guarantees regular production of reliable quality aluminum die casting parts. We can verify whether casting parameters stay within specified limits on our monitoring screens in real time before there are any casting defects. We document each and every phase of production for our certified quality management system right down to the smallest details so that we and our customers can trace every step. heba has specialized the scope of supply to the production of challenging Aluminum die castings in medium and large production volumes.
