That makes absolutely sure that nothing is left up to chance when guaranteeing fault-free production routines and casting flawless articles in moulds. And, because each and every detail is important in aluminum die casting, they are reproduced by CNC-controlled metalworking centres and drilling, grinding and milling machines thanks to economic manufacturing practices. Incidentally, these moulds and tools are serviced and maintained with the utmost care. For example, they are cleaned with ultrasound and they are stored in an air-conditioned and demoisturised warehouse. Those are the details that guarantee sustainable series production.
